Horse Hay & Pasture Mix (East):

(25-30# / Acre)
This mixture is adapted to most soil types, but it should do especially well on medium to somewhat lighter soil types. By using these four species, the season is extended from very early in the spring to well into the fall season.

•     35% Orchardgrass
•     20% Timothy
•     20% Perennial Ryegrass
•     25% Ginger Kentucky Bluegrass

Horse Hay & Pasture Mix (West):

This mixture is adapted to most soil types but it can do especially well on lighter soils under normal climatic conditions. You can salvage 2-3 cuttings of prime horse hay.

•     40% Ginger Kentucky Bluegrass
•     20% Perennial Ryegrass
•     20% Fawn Tall Fescue

Beef Hay & Pasture Mix (East):

One may prefer the first cutting to be harvested mechanically and pasture thereafter. Once established, this mix will provide high-quality pasture throughout the growing season. It is widely adapted to most soil types.

•     35% Orchardgrass
•     15% Fawn Tall Fescue
•     20% Perennial Ryegrass
•     20% Meadow Brome
•     10% Timothy

Beef Hay & Pasture Mix (West):

This mixture represents an economical means of establishing high-quality forage. We can expect three cuttings per season. It is adapted to somewhat heavy as well as lighter soils.

•     40% Pubescent Wheatgrass
•     30% Crested Wheatgrass
•     20% Meadow Brome
•     10% Annual Ryegrass

Legume Pasture Mix:

This alfalfa-based seed mix is designed for a nutrient-rich hay crop that will have high yields and multi-cuts. Also excellent for green-chop, or pasture.

•     50% Vernal Alfalfa
•     20% Medium Red Clover
•     20% Timothy
•     5% Alsike Clover
•     5% Ladino Clover

High Saline Mix:

(25-35# / Acre)
Offers producers and land owners a new option for pasture and hay. Designed to maximize forage production in troubled areas. Also a good all-purpose mix in troubled areas.

•     20% Slender Wheatgrass
•     20% NewHy Wheatgrass
